No refunds or returns will be accepted on custom order dreadlock extensions sets due to hygiene reasons.
⚡️ PRODUCT MAINTENANCE & CARE⚡️
- To ensure you keep your dreadlock extensions in the best condition, wash weekly (either on your head or removed) with residue-free shampoo, no conditioner or heat, and dry thoroughly.
- If possible, remove beads and other decorations before washing.
- Store your dreadlock extensions hanging on a coat hanger or similar- if they are laying down in the same position for too long they form kinks and bends.
- Regular use of metal-based jewellery/hair accessories will lead to wear signs over time use which is normal. Eg. loss of shine, tarnish and scratches may appear.
⚡️ PAYMENT & SHIPPING TERMS ⚡️
This listing is for custom order dreadlock extensions. Dreadlocks will be left undecorated, however decorations can be added for an additional charge.
Payment plans are welcome.
2-4 week turnaround time for the creation of custom orders.
All orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days after final payment has been made via AusPost parcel post. Refunds will not be offered for packages lost in transit- please contact Australia Post in the unlikely event that this happens.
Refunds and returns will not be offered for custom order dreadlocks due to hygiene reasons.
